That She did, but not because of anything the U.S. Congress did. They let the evil bastard in...unvetted, and get away with it all. IF anyone is to hang with odongo, it should be the UniParty members of the U.S. Congress.
IMHO, Odongo is now relegated to nothing more than a nasty fudge-stain on Lady Liberty’s underpants. Unfortunately, it’s one of those fudge stains that one can never get totally out regardless of how much it’s washed.

I also blame Bush and Cheney and others. They had the goods on the bastard and did nothing. They knew all about him and knew he was out to do what he could to destroy America. They could have quietly sabotaged and exposed him.
