A judge will block this. I guarantee they will not release even with Presidential order. It will have to be forcibly taken from them.

No judge can block this. No judge, no judge, no judge.

The president has absolute authority to declassify anything he wants any day he wants. It is that simple. If they refuse to comply you send in Federal Marshals which are under the control of the Executive Branch of Government also known as Donald Trump.

If the Federal Marshals refuse, they will not, you are talking about the breakdown of civil constitutional order. If that sad ever happens it will be ugly as Constitutional Law is no longer relevant. At this point all order will be from the end of a gun barrel.

I forgot to add that my post may seem extreme. I base my post on history that is often repeated. This is nothing new. It happened in the Greek and Roman Empires and others.

Great Empires are ultimately defeated by external forces because they became internally corrupt. They no longer had the will to resist as it was mostly “Bread and Circus” for the population, which I define today as the Congress of the United States.

I fear we are now Rome.

They're all afraid of a looming constitutional crisis, but I think we're already in the middle of one and it's boiling to a head. I think Trump may be waiting until after the elections on the hope he may have more support in the congress, but either way, I think the housecleaning swamp-draining starts by January. The democrats, aided and abetted by establishment RINO traitors, will kick off the impeachment battle the day Trump starts firing the treasonous unindicted coup conspirators. Prayers up for a great election and for Trump and the constitution. Long live the Republic!

Capitol Police are under the direct control of Congress, and have jurisdiction over all Federal property anywhere.
