You mean companies actually have to consider people that want to work, but dont meet their absurd requirements to have a 5 year degree and 20 years of experience when the damn job is 99% learned through simple training? Or that people that served their time, and are on the straight and narrow should actually be given a shot?
Training is expensive, and you need someone who has the skills to train.
That, and as my former employer used to say “We are not in the business to train someone who will then go get a better job”.
