A federal appeals court ruled Tuesday that a Mexican woman could get access to U.S. courts to sue a Border Patrol agent for killing her son in a cross-border shooting, in a decision that expands foreigners’ ability to push back against growing border enforcement.
Immigration activists had been closely watching the case, calling it a major test of whether people outside the U.S. could claim constitutional rights to punish government officials inside the U.S.
The complicated case involved a Border Patrol agent accused of recklessly firing dozens of shots from Nogales, Arizona, into Nogales, Mexico, striking a teenage boy 10 times. The boy was “innocently” walking the street when he was killed by the agent, according to his mother, Araceli Rodriguez.

He pointed out that Agent Lonnie Swartz was tried and acquitted of murder, and said it was proved during that case that the teen was throwing rocks and did pose a threat to the agent.
“Unfortunately we live in a time that even with judges, facts and the law are mere suggestions when they go contrary to one’s personal political ideology,” he said.
The DOJ had better appeal this ruling. Giving away American rights to foreigners should not stand

The left was hoping to do these things piecemeal. Slowly. But with Trump’s election, they are throwing at this crap against the wall at once. And there isn’t anyone in the DOJ or White House capable or willing to stop it. Bye bye, US.
Wrong court. Statutes declare only scotus can hear cases from aliens and u.s. states.
Cases like this make me believe America is on the declining side of its run as a country as founded. This obscene and asinine notion that foreigners have Constitutional rights is f-ing maddening. America is dying of a 1000 cuts by design.
If only you had seen America when, at Christmas, courthouses, fire stations and police stations had manger Christmas scenes, all competing with each other for the best display. If only you had seen America when we had Bible reading and prayer in public school. Fags hid in the closet. Bedroom scenes on tv always had twin beds so as not to give the notion of impropriety. Billboards: "Worship at the church of your choice, but worship."
If you had seen this and countless other examples, you'd realize America is not dying. It's dead. It died long ago.

Americans need to simply start ignoring these leftist kangaroo courts and when they send some fool to take you into custody, open up on them. This game needs to end.
