To remove your ignorance...
Can “Mr”, “Mrs”, etc. be used with a first name?

You have no home State stated on your profile page (despite being here so long), so educate yourself on Southern manners. Perhaps you'll gain some manners in the process.

Your supposed "manners" aren't; they're an outdated affectation, that were brought over from serf/peasant days in England,to some of the colonies, and way past their "sell by" date! In upper middle and upper class households, outside of the South, it was only servants who called their employers and the employers children, "Master" ( what one uses instead of "Mr." for boys, until they enter their teens ), Miss, Mr. first name; though that more or less died out by the 1970s.

Unlike you, my manners are impeccable and I don't have to keep making childish excuses and blubbering on and on and on, OFF TOPIC, as you do.

The vast majority of the earliest posters, here, never did do anything re their home pages; not even the flag thing. And to bring it up is UNMANNERLY, as well as childish.
