Not necessarily, it sounds like it was ended because many democrat states would not turn over their voter rolls for examination and there were other legal obstacles where the President did not want to spend a ton of taxpayer money on. It was disbanded but all the info was moved to Homeland Security for possible further action in the future. So it may not be a done deal after all.
