I pray that by God’s grace, the North Korean people will know that America was never the enemy. And that they will only have high regard for this country and its generosity.

The bigger problem with aid to the norks has always been that they want us to just give the aid to the government so they can distribute it themselves. North Korea has a cast system based on the government’s assessment of each family’s loyalty to it. This system determines where they can live, what kind of work they can do, and how much food they get when food is scarce.
So their nuclear programs are ongoing? Trump would have no problem posting that on twitter.
