That’s the first thing I thought of when I saw the title...
First thought I had also. Poor town, has there ever been any place so besmirched by a song?
Lodi is where I first got tipsy.
It was at a wedding.
Some older lady hit on me mildly.
I went back to my room and crashed and only later did I realize I totally could have at least copped a feel, which sort of was my template for life as a young man.
I think of this every time I read a Lodi story
Lodi is now overrun by Mexicans, BTW and is becoming a 3rd world hell hole.
