In case anyone has not already noticed, real Americans will not receive justice in Berkeley's court system. One way or another, whether through federal charges (they have done it against cops when they thought local courts had failed) or other means, decent people have a responsibility to protect the innocent by ensuring that justice is delivered against the guilty. This thug is definitely guilty.
