This phenomena happens in New Mexico all the time. They are usually found hidden in the Bernalillo County courthouse.
Or vacant lot off Indian School Rd. Or near El Pollo Hermanos.
Happens in Broward county a lot too, but of course Broward county here in FL is the most Dem county. What a coincidence.

You are right they always find ballots in some hidden area of the courthouse- or in employee’s trunks, garages, offices...you name it.
