All absentee and "mail-in" ballots should be counted as soon as the polls close and any others arriving later need to be disqualified. None of this "postmarked on Election Day" nonsense. If you can't get an absentee ballot in ahead of Election Day, then you didn't give it enough attention.
How could they “find” over 600 ballots? Is this an entire precinct? How odd that in the three most recent instances, the Democrat pulls ahead when ballots are mysteriously “found” - Franken in Minnesota, Gregoire in Washington State, now this garbage.
I served almost half my military career overseas. Not ONCE did I get a ballot in time to meet the voting deadline. The state of Florida, my home of record before I retired, were notoriously late on getting the ballots out to APO/FPOs. One time I got the ballot, filed it out right then and there IN THE POST OFFICE, had a Colonel fix his affidavit to it, and then put it directly in return mail.
But even that ballot didn’t reach me until the Wednesday the week before the election.
On the other hand, since then, I have NEVER missed voting, no matter where I was and no matter how local the election.
If we made voter fraud a capital offense, we’d have a lot less of this excrement.
This. The only other alternative is have "Election Day" simply reveal the results of all the counted votes. Period.
