"Any boot lickers going to try to say this was a good thing? " I'd like to see a photograph of this "teen". Some of these "teens" (aka "youths", "youngsters", "teenagers") weigh over 200 pounds and are squeezing out babies by the age of 11. This is from the culture that gave us 30 year old grandmothers.
Looking at the genetics of some of the Walmart and McDonalds brawls on Youtube, I'd say there is a mighty good chance this little lady is actually a "big girl" with a foul, toxic mouth and a violent, unpredictable temper.

I went looking for a photo and found nine. She and the officer who tasered her are black.
In a later article at CBS, it says police can taser anyone from 7 YEARS OLD!
