The 11-year-old, Donesha Gowdy, told WLWT she was stealing a pop, bag of chips and some candy when she ignored the officer’s request to stop, then she felt the Taser barbs in her back.

“I fell and I started shaking and I turned around and I was shaking,” Gowdy said.

Donna Gowdy told WLWT what her daughter did was wrong but the officer needs to be held accountable for his actions as well.

“The officer, he needs to be punished. I need justice from him. He was wrong,” Gowdy said.

PS: Police guidelines in Cincinnati are that taser use is ok above 7 years of age.
