The words ‘Black Powder’ are not mentioned in that ‘code’.
These people disgust me. There is zero justification for this lawsuit, and those who filed it and those who are in any way assisting in this act are evil.

“Firearm” is and that includes black powder firearms under Ohio law.
You can’t just read one part of the law.
There is no doubt that Ohio considers black powder guns the same as modern guns.
[PER the Firearms Act of 1934, as amended in 1968 and after, a muzzleloading rifle IS NOT A FIREARM. Period. End of story. Get over it, gerbalists in Noo Yawk.]
Except a cap and ball revolver is not a “muzzleloader” per se.
Its loaded at the cylinder. Just on a different end of it.
