Worked was screwy today because the new driver isn't delivering the magazines to the stores promptly, so it messes everyone's schedule up.

I left one store early because I was tired of waiting around and I had other stores to do. I'll have to finish what usually is done on Thursday on Friday, GRRR.

YAY! Glad you got some rain out of the deal. We both know how those systems can fall apart before they reach us, don’t we? LOL

We had a little rain and thunder this afternoon but not as much as yesterday. Thought we might get a little more tonight but that line is fizzling out. *sigh*

Well dang. It stinks when others mess up your schedule and you can’t get your work done. Now tomorrow won’t be as short a day as usual. I hope you hadn’t made plans based on your usual time to finish up.

They sure can! I heard thunder last night when I got off the computer, but never did hear the rain falling. We got more than I thought we would. .4” Not bad for the desert! Plus it’s “only” 77 degrees right now!

Hope y’all get another round with some real rain in the mix! Always so disappointing when they pass you by.

That was a pretty good dose you got. We got just over .1 an inch this afternoon and got a half inch yesterday. We need a lot more to plump up the little soybeans in the pods though. Another good chance tomorrow, then rain chances back off.

Wow, it’s almost as cool there as it is here. We’re at 75 at the moment, though it’s a soupy 75.

Thank goodness it’s not soupy here. Just coolish and breezy...just the way like it. Of course, I got new mosquito bites when I went out to feed the monsters. sigh

Hope you do get some rain tomorrow! We want those soy beans to be very chunky!

I haven’t watched the sea eaglets tonight. It’s just so painful to see. :(

You’re lucky. We don’t even have a breeze to make it feel a little better.

Darn mosquitos take all the fun out of it, don’t they? See if you can find a spray called Ivy Dry. It’s primarily used for poison ivy but it works on other things as well, like skeeter bites. Stops the itch almost immediately.

Yep, those beans need some rain now. The plants are loaded with pods but the beans inside are tiny.

SE22 got a bit more confident today and got a good feeding. Crawled right out of the nest bowl, into good position.
Now if he’d just give SE21 a good thwack or two .... LOL

I’d pay to see SE21 get bonked. LOL! I just checked and they were just chilling on opposite sides of the bowl. Which is a good thing.
