The man later died from his injuries.
Despite judges ruling the killing as self-defense and that Mohammed was under eighteen at the time, the Yemen court eventually sentenced him to death.

I have been saying for years that in a truly civilized society anyone who is beyond doubt guilty of torturing and/or murdering another person should be tried, convicted, and publicly hanged within 10 days of the commission of his crime or within 10 days his apprehension. No appeals and no exceptions.

Baca Boys are in Afghanistan which is a different nation than Yemen.
Afghanistan is where US troops guard the Poppy Fields for the Opium Trade.
Yemen is the Country where our Allies, the Saudis, utilizing US advisors, struck a school bus carrying 50 school children today.
Our government is withholding comment until the Saudis investigate themselves. Oh, the Saudis have just investigated themselves, and said the school bus was a legitimate target.
