EVERYONE must show an ID, proof of residency, and fingerprinting for voting.
No more early voting.
Absentee ballot voting only for active-duty military personnel.
Voting rolls purged annually.
Touch-screen voting where votes are tabulated into a ROM disc (in which the disc can't be manipulated or hacked - and the medium protected by armed guards).

I disagree with only one point in your statement; as a former Marine and current truck driver, absentee ballots have allowed me to continue to participate when I was away from home on voting day. It would be pointedly disadvantaging to those of us who cannot always get to the actual polls.
