That argument confuses language with theology. The English word "God" and the Arabic word "Allah" mean the same thing. The theology between Judaism, Christianity, and Islam differ markedly even when accepting that there is only One God, "The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob."
So it is not the word "God" that shows the difference; it is each religion's theology. Islam has a flawed theology. It is not Christian.
