It sounds like the goal is to try to eliminate the electoral college for a straight popular vote. They keep pushing for greater absolute numbers in states completely controlled by liberals were conservatives have no chance to win. So it can’t be about winning. It can only be about maximizing the popular vote so they can say “See? See how unfair the electoral college is? We have to ban it”.

Evil bastards.

The fight for California is an exercise in futility. Not everyone can leave family behind, and you can’t quit your job and risk your income, but every retired conservative living in California needs to ask themselves sincerely, “Why do I still live in this communist hellhole, conducting a hopeless and futile fight that can’t possibly come to any fruition. It is time to move to America”.

I will be fleeing the People’s Democratic Republic of California shortly upon retirement, taking my income and savings with me. Let the California liberals crash and burn.

Detroit. California is going to be Detroit on a state-wide level.

The process to start turning California around isn’t possible until California goes insolvent. That could take 50 years or more. It could take 2 or 3 generations to occur. Once California becomes insolvent, then and only then will the voters of California wake up to the insane damage of the liberals and give conservatives a chance to rebuild California.

I use to live there too. But it is not what it once was and anyone who chooses to remain in California needs to question themselves as to what is keeping them from packing up and moving to a free state. Free Republic could be ran from Alabama just as easy as California. Yes we do have internet and even though I practically live in the woods I have fiber optic cable. Taxes are also much lower, especially property taxes. And if you want to avoid state tax completely move to the Florida pan handle. Whatever you do get out of Mexifornia!

They need Ms. Ocasio-Cortez to come out more often.

Anyone who sides with the dems does so out of deliberate evil or blinding ignorance.

Indeed.

I often wonder how Castro would have fared if he didn’t have the bogeyman of the US to blame Cuba’s problems on. Blame is an integral component of fascism/socialism/communism/ism, because it keeps the anger and frustration of the populace directed outwards instead of at those who are directly responsible for their misery.

Keep fighting brother! You’re right, living in Pennsylvania, I’m not ready to relinquish California.

I have a high paying job that is absolutely not transferable. Besides I live in God’s country, Placer County, Republic citadel, 43.3% registration vs 29 for the rats. Stretching from the Central Valley to include half of California’s part of Lake Tahoe.. My family’s lived here for 130 years and I will not give up without a fight to the bitter end. That said, I see your name. We were in Washington in June and quickly did Yorktown, Williamsburg and Jamestown in one day. I looked online for authentic type places to eat and found Virginia Diner in Wakefield. So we took the James River Ferry and drove over there. What magnficent beauty that countryside! Plus I found that Wakefield is the Peanut Capital of the World. Best damned peanuts I’ve ever had! Alas, no, didn’t like the humidity too much
