This will be a weekly post.
I mistakenly reported only one judge confirmed last week, but there were an additional six district judges confirmed by voice vote.
Count is now at 51 judges confirmed.
24 circuit court judges
26 district court judges
1 Supreme Court justice.
And Kavanaugh is on deck for hearings on September 4th!
How many left to go?
These are young judges too. With possible SC vacancies Trump will leave a mark.

According to Wikipedia, about 80.
7 last week! No wonder none this week. The senators are exhausted.
I’m not so concerned with the district court judges but the circuit court judges are really important. Obama appointed 55. We need to push several more of Trump’s through to balance out the damage done. I do like the pace so far though.
It needs to be understood that there is NO law school teaching the Constitution to lawyers in a way that would be recognized prior to 60 or so years ago.
Lawyers that have manged self-education need to be appointed to the highest possible offices in order to buy time.
There just aren’t hundreds of traditional jurists out there.

District courts are "lower" and have the responsibility for holding trials, while circuit courts are appellate courts that do not hold trials but only hear appeals for cases decided by the lower court

Anyone who is faced with a choice in November of voting for a democrat or a RINO for Senate, hold your nose and vote for the RINO. If Chuckie Schumer become Senate Majority Leader no Trump judicial nominee will ever even make it to the floor for a vote again.
The time to get rid of liberal and moderate Republicans is in the primaries.
There are currently 86 nominations to Article III courts awaiting Senate action, including 1 for the Supreme Court, 10 for the Courts of Appeals, 73 for the District Courts, and 2 for the Court of International Trade.
Is Trump finally ready to turn his sights to remaking the 9th Circuit Court?
WASHINGTON There’s been a noticeable exception to President Donald Trump’s otherwise successful effort to appoint young, conservative judges to the nation’s appellate courts.
The Senate has confirmed a record 24 new circuit court judges nationwide in 20 months with two more nominees scheduled for votes this week. But Trump has made far less progress in the jurisdiction he criticizes the most: the liberal-leaning U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, including California and eight other Western states.
Since Trump took office, the Senate has confirmed only one 9th Circuit judge in Hawaii leaving seven openings. A nominee in Oregon was abruptly withdrawn last month when it became clear he lacked the votes for Senate approval.
And Trump has yet to even nominate anyone for the three vacancies in California, partly because of a standoff with Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris.
