I wounder how accurate the ‘non’hispanic’ white is? Most places just list them as white.
I recall that Eric Holder changed the way Hispanics are counted. If they are considered the victim, they are counted as Hispanics. If they are considered the criminal, they are counted as whites.
A good example of this in miniature is the way George Zimmerman was treated in the media. When I first read of the case, before it got national attention, I saw a picture of Zimmerman. I assumed he was the "black teen" that had been shot.
