He was never charged and acquitted. They declined to bring charges because, why? He was working with the Dem’s at the time and could have brought them all down.
I meant the same charges he’s on trial for now. If he would be acquitted, then wouldn’t it be Double Jeopardy to be tried again in Washington? Or are these different charges?
