Christopher Steele - listed primary author - who with fellow MI6-retiree Chris Burrows and Nicholas Butcher founded the private intelligence agency HL3299 Limited, later renamed Orbis Business Intelligence. In 2014, Steele and Burrows registered Walsingham Training, with Orbis being the majority controller

4. Edward Emil Baumgartner [also Harvard / Vassar specialist in FSU] founded the UK based political consultancy Baumgartner Limited. In 2010, together with Peat Austin Alexander, he co-founded the UK-based intelligence consulting firm Edward Austin.

The author then uses open source intelligence ina sophisticted way. For instance, he uses facial recognition software to search for connections between the primary contacts at various key organizations and other people.

For instance, the author's search turns up thinks like: FR matches for keyword searches “Nellie+Bruce Ohr” and “Martha Ohr+EKM” and example of one 2 degree network linkage to the ABC News anchor Jeremy Hubbard and his reporter wife Taunia Hottman and their SM Russia collusion and anti-Trump activity

“As for Nellie Ohr’s ham radio license, he reveals that it only allowed her to operate in a 10-mile radius and was obviously designed to preclude NSA from recording her contacts over the phone or internet. I had forgotten about this bizarre detail. And I’m curious why Nellie Ohr hasn’t been in front of a congressional committee being grilled about her new-found ham radio hobby.
