I bet Ohr will testify behind closed doors and we’ll be in the dark of what he said.
It doesn't matter.
These people have committed crimes against the State.
Congress is not a Grand Jury and it is not a law enforcement body. Anything said in a Congressional hearing is of no value in furthering prosecution, and in fact can form the basis for a "can't get a fair trial" defense if any of these people are ever indicted.
There's no rational argument in favor of "hearings"on this subject.
