What if some of these killings are the work of a Dexter-like vigilante?
You hear often how someone just walks up to a car and starts shooting. There's no backstory to it though.
BTW I'm visiting family in Western TN over Labor Day weekend. Normally, my drive takes me through Chicago or I-294. I'm bypassing Chicago altogether and going through Rockford instead.

Not much to brag about. Chicago is headed for another lackluster year of just "phoning" it in. The homies need to get serious and kick it up a notch. It's a long, hard road to the championship, and this is not the year when they can afford a mid-season slump.
