The City of Springfield MA stuck it too the Police Unions for years for endorsing GHWB.

I thnk both Warren and the commenters need to read some of the recent serious books on the US criminal justice system to find out what is really going on. But evidentially, reading hundreds of pages of serious research is not their thing.
