(I guess this applies to my own 'pontificating' on FreeRepublic as well as the current rage of "Social Media diarrhea of the mouth" that afflicts personages both high and low, and businesses.)

Businesses. Is it worth having social media pages if those pages just act as lightning rods for the outrage mob? Better to follow this business and shut down social media.
