Thanks for posting a larger map in response to Alas Babylon!’s problem.
He/she may be using a smart phone and that could be why the map appeared to be too small.

Not to brag, but I did a lot of work on the Defense Data Network back in the 1980s. I worked on the unclassified side which was then called MILNET. Combined later with the ARPANET to become the Internet. Of course all this was before the Internet was a thing, so I guess I could be a little retarded on it.
