The fact that she recorded the firing as an attempt at leverage has made her toxic for anyone. There has to be a degree of trust to get hired for any job but a few menial jobs where no questions are asked about there past.

I vaguely remember watching that season of The Apprentice in which she participated. I know shows like this drum up the drama for ratings but she really stood out in this one season as the drama infused evil character. I was rooting for her to be fired from episode one.

Depends on the jurisdiction. Some states allow one party to tape the other without consent. I am pretty sure that it's illegal inside a secured Federal facility however.

I always presumed that law was passed to protect our State Legislators in conversations with their Mafia bag men.
