You sure have a lot of love and sympathy for "the brothers,"

I know better than to tool around in my little SUV picking fights with them...

First, there was Saint Pancake of the Israeli Bulldozer.

Then, there was Saint Perforated (Tray-Tray of The Purple Drank).

Now, there's gonna be Saint Toothless, patron saint of aggressive CCW Glock owners.

Let us pray...

I agree that Street Thug Markeis McGlockton has a record of felonious assault and drug dealing.

And yet you're outraged over the fact that he's dead. Quite telling. Usually, when one criminal kills another, like most normal people I believe that he should be prosecuted for it, but I don't have the sort of visceral, hate-filled reaction that you and the other BLM sympathizers here do.

It's very interesting that you believe differently. It would be disturbing if you have a CCW.

Read your own post, loony tunes. You're the one posting homo-rape and murder fantasies, not me. CCW? I find the fact that you're even running around loose disturbing, never mind having a CCW.

If a person establishes and broadcasts their willingness to kill others it’s very difficult for them to claim self-defense when they do so.

Drejka, he [Rick Kelly, 31] said, threatened to shoot him.

But the dispute didn’t end there.

Drejka called the Clearwater septic tank company Kelly works for to complain, telling owner John Tyler that he didn’t like the way Kelly had talked to him and that he was "lucky I didn’t blow his head off."

Tyler, a gun owner himself, told the Times he was shocked.

"I said, ‘I’m sorry you feel that way, that you feel that it’s justified to take someone’s life over a parking space,’" he said. "That was the chilling part about it when I found out who it was with the (McGlockton) situation."

Welp.

And this was the exact same parking space...   thinking face

Oh, I get it.

You're FR Class of 2013.

You're one of those suckers who believes in "the law".

Listen, sucker - you have any idea exactly why every Republican administration has problems with felony convictions, and every Democrat administration has no problems with felony convictions?

The Left doesn't give a sh*t about committing felonies - but they know the Right does.

So they hang a bunch of felonies on every Republican admin so they can call Republicans "criminals", and "conned-servatives" like you lap it up.

Meanwhile, they use their control of the government to avoid getting even charged for OBVIOUS felony activity.

I had a Lefty taunt me back during the 1997 Whitewater wars on Free Republic - "no felonies", she said.

After they croaked Ron Brown, and after felonious Rapin Bill left office with no felonies attached to his name, she came back for a last hurrah in 2000 - mocking us over the fact that the Clinton administration had NO felony convictions after all our work.

Fast forward to Eric Holder & Lois Lerner. No felonies, again.

You've been had by your fixation with "the law".

The "felony smear" only works if you're naive enough to fall for it.

Police reports are considered hearsay not evidence. Drejka has no arrest record so it’s highly unlikely any of this unsubstantiated
drivel will ever see a court room. Which is why it nothing was ever made of it to begin with.

Hearsay becomes evidence when people provide a sworn testimony to the court. Same with a police report. A police report is hearsay until the police officer goes to court and enters a sworn testimony of events. Then it becomes evidence.

Ya which isn’t going to happen. So it’s hearsay and will stay that way. It would not in any way prove the content of that report actually happened. These are old reports and nothing ever turned into any charges and it sounds like none were ever even referred to the da. So they are just about useless.

More bad news for prosecutor. Just before the surprise attack by M the women steps out of the car to confront Drejka. Then Drejka is blindsided by M and he now faces two possible attackers.

Been reading up on the pretrial immunity potential which I think is a very good possibility here. The state would have to disprove self defense and with a blind side attack and two potential attackers standing over him I think its a done deal.

What amazes me is the sheer effrontery of the Toad Drejka.

Both times he got popped for "brandishing", he lied through his teeth to the cops - and the cops knew it.

So he's got a sociopath thing going along with his "sad sack" disguise.

case #1: Drejka told the deputy the other car had cut him off at State Road 580 and U.S. 19. He said he honked and yelled but did not follow the other car and did not show a gun.

So how did they get your license plate number, Drejka, you lying sack of Mitt?

They had the foresight to get it before they cut you off?

case #2: A man in a black Toyota pickup had just threatened one of them with a gun, they said, pointing it out. They drove off, but the officer turned around to follow the truck on Dec. 13, 2012.

The driver of the Toyota pulled into a church parking lot before the officer could make a traffic stop. By the time the officer approached, Drejka already held his driver’s license and concealed carry permit in hand.

He said "he had not pointed a gun at the other car," according to a police report, and that the other people were lying, before the officer asked any questions.

Nice trick, that.

Then he lied about wearing the gun - the officer saw the imprint on his skin.

But all this makes no matter - the phone call to the septic system company is gonna burn him down...

Looks like the prosecution will pin their hopes on the what appears to be a pause before the shot was fired. That's just silly being the guy was just violently blindsided. He could have been disoriented from the hit. Read this article where a judge recently threw a manslaughter charge out based on an officers fear for his life. If they threw that one out this one will be tossed for sure.

If this is not thrown out the people of the state of FL have some serious work to do on their judicial system. Here's the link

I see. You adopt every moronic nutcase's strategy when his own stupidity, insanity, and ignorance is rubbed in his face: changing the subject.

You post homo-rape and murder fantasies, and then try to divert attention by talking about Eric Holder, Whitewater, what year I joined the site, and other non-sequiturs, with the hope of pulling the wool over people's eyes so they think you're a conservative rather than a #BlackLivesMatter troll. Well, carry on.

The bottom line is this. What would the reaction of most people be if someone in prison for armed robbery murdered a child molester? They'd probably say that he should be punished under the law, but they wouldn't get all worked up about it (in fact, they'd probably say "good riddance"), unless they had some deep, underlying sympathy for child molesters. Similarly, I think that the guy who shot LeMarkeis or DeMarkeis should go to trial, but my heart will never bleed for a dead inner city feral. The fact that you get all worked up about some unhinged hothead who (perhaps unlawfully- but that's up to a jury to decide) shot a black thug with a history of violent felonies, and fantasize about his being raped and murdered for it, tells us that you have some deep, underlying sympathy for inner city ferals. If Obama had a son...

I'm just telling you that you're a typical "conned-servative" who gets led around by the Left like a puppy, barking when it hears the word "felon".

I'd like to thank you for helping me to come to the realization that THIS is how the Democrats and the Left control the blacks - making "felons" out of most of them

The Right knee-jerks at the word felon - but I couldn't figure out why great swaths of the Left do the same thing, since they don't appear to care about "Law & Order".

It's a tool, nothing more.

They control the Republicans with the tool, and they control the blacks with the tool.

Handy.

Oh, I see. Blacks ought to be able to commit violent crimes with impunity, because only we gosh-durn ignorn't "conned-servatives" think that there is such a thing as a felony. Obama's favorite preacher, Jeremiah Wright, would be so proud of you.

Meanwhile, you really ought to run along and post your "toothless" homo fantasies on some gay porn site. I'm sure they'd appreciate you a lot more than anybody here does.

What happened to your "recollection" that I was a Trayvon Martin supporter?

Hmmmmmmmmm?

Dementia setting in?    thinking face

You guys are going to eventually realize that the Toad Drejka is a dangerous sociopath and is just what the Left wants to smear lawful gun owners and CCW people.

Dana Loesch is lining up with me.
