I’d love to cross over and vote in the Dem primary tomorrow. Erin Murphy, the Dem-endorsed candidate for Governor) is another product of the 4th and 5th CD’s. She won’t play well outside those areas either.
But out in Shakopee, we’re having a bitter GOP primary for state rep (HD 55A). We have a good chance at ousting a two-term GOP member who’s voted with the Dems way too many times. Also, we have the GOP primary for Governor. I’m not a big Pawlenty fan but I hold Jeff Johnson (and a number of his supporters) in low regard. Pawlenty, IMHO) has at least a chance of winning the Governor’s office. Johnson doesn’t.
Minnetonka here. Pawlenty seems like a reinvented wishy washy guy but he appears to be all we have. Sad.
