As a Minnesotan and GOP activist, I have to be 100% honest in saying that I want Ellison to win the Democrat primary for Attorney General tomorrow.
Even before these recent revelations, I viewed him as damaged goods (ideologically) that would not play well out side of the 4th and 5th Congressional Districts (the inner cities of St Paul and Mpls as well as some first ring suburbs).
If ever the GOP has a clear chance at winning the Attorney Generals office (s position we have not held since the late 60’s), this is it. We have an active, coherent and able candidate for AG and I believe he could defeat Ellison in November.
Agreed. I should vote for him tomorrow, early and often. I think he would be easy to beat out in the American part of the state.
