The attacker was still advancing until he saw the gun being drawn. If that guy hadn’t had the gun there is no doubt he would have gotten a kick to his head and likely could have been killed.

Based off of the still screen capture...the guy looked as if he was beginning to turn and walk away. I'm not arguing the point, just sayin, the way it appears, Mr. on the ground is in a whole heap of trouble.
