An indicted West Virginia Supreme Court justice has been impeached on four more charges, bringing the number of charges to six that he could face at trial in the state Senate.
The House of Delegates on Monday night impeached Justice Allen Loughry on a charge of lying to the House Finance Committee about his involvement in lavish office renovations.

Are these judges appointed? By who? The Governor?
Given the nature of the charges against the remaining justices, does that make her a graft dodger?

Beth Walker might still be added to the list. The House of Delegates is still in session, and I think they may not have voted yet on the charges against Beth Walker.
She was the most recently elected justice, so she may not have had the time in office to accumulate the record of some of the other justices.
The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals has a long and colorful history of skullduggery and shenanigans.
They are also known to so frequently ignore their own precedent that some of the lawyers arguing cases before them feel it is humorous to even quote state precedent to them since it will likely be brushed aside.
Sounds like members of our current crop of black-robed lawless tyrants.
