Why are non-Republican voters voting in a closed Republican primary? The scumbag officials that allowed this should be tortured by ISIS.

Kansas law allows unaffiliated voters to declare a party on election day. Can't switch from one party to another, but if you aren't a registered Republican or Democrat then you can do so at the polling place.

Well if they register as Republican on election day then they are no longer unaffiliated, are they? The title of the article is misleading.
