Arrest the captain and shoot him for human smuggling, exploitation and piracy, in front of his crew - so they can spread the word

And THEN sink their “rescue vessel”.
IMHO, the owners of such “rescue vessels” will stop their self-righteous virtue-signalling attacks on the West when THEY have to PAY for their precious “good feelings”!
