This was a Taos County judge who bought the defense argument that the only reason they were in custody was that they were black and Muslim!! The defense said it was not illegal to have guns and if this were a small group of whites they would not even have been arrested. Taos County, for those that might not know, is home to lots of artsy/fartsy types, IOW libs.

The judge released them on a signature bond (not requiring upfront bail money) on condition that they were good boys and girls, that they could not leave the county (not country) and they wear a GPS ankle monitor. Also, the father (accused of kidnapping the now deceased boy) is being held on a fugitive warrant from Georgia. It was reported that the child abuse charges were not even discussed as part of the hearing. The eleven children still alive are in custody of the state CYF Department.

Yes, this is Taos, where even the judges don’t think they have the right to judge anyone. :D

I should have expected it, but yet here I am in shock.
