Actually I can see the local FBI office “dithering” about what to do. All through the 8 years of Zero they probably got policy memo after policy memo instructing them to be “understanding” in regard to Muslims. (Meaning do nothing unless they’re slitting your throat. In government, policy no matter how wrong headed and stupid is set by Memo A and will only be unset by Memo B. You are expected to follow it, until Memo B changes things. (Note its government, no thinking is required! Think of it as a very simple machine!) Trump should have policy memos in hand and sent out on day one! Not being a guvie, he probably didn’t realize how machine-like the government actually is!
