Why can this PC bullshit not be put down? A judge is an educated person. It is a position that requires thought. There was no thought involved in this decision. Where are the people on this? I would think the perp would beg to be kept in jail for his own safety. Sorry for the language, but I am fed up with this nonsense. And it IS nonsense.

Education today isn’t what it used to be. Today, it is indoctrination and no, it doesn’t require rational thought. Until judges like this are either impeached or voted out (depending on what type of judge), they will continue to dispense their “justice” based, not on the law or Constitution, but on their personal political ideology. And, that is not the way our justice system is supposed to work.
