The town council initially set this whole thing up last year! I believe McAwful was point man! Every state cop in VA who wasn't on assignment was put on duty in C'ville last weekend! They housed them at a UVA dorm.
The fact they didn't put a stop to it this year tells me all I need to know about the effing commie wannabes!
