I think my mom had an art deco kitchen table in the 50s. Brass chairs with green vinyl seats. Absolutely horrible by today’s standards.

Even though I selected Rome on the quiz, I always enjoyed the Gothic architecture of Paris when I visited there while stationed abroad.

We were cool again but the heat is on its way, just not triple digits like last week.

I think our courthouse might be sort of that style. And yes, awful.

Could have been. Or whatever they called that style with the formica topped table and plastic upholstered chairs with chrome or brass trim. I think it was just called modern? We thought it was then anyway. LOL! We had one like it, too. Now they go for a lot of money in antique shops.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure the pictures don’t do it justice. I do like how it complements the surroulndings. Wright was good at that.
