Actually, they did, and the state of colorado supported the muslim bakery. This was mentioned in the supreme court's ruling as an example of how capricious the state was being in their persecution of Jack Phillips.
Back in 2015 Steven Crowder actually asked a Muslim bakery to make a gay wedding cake on video, they refused. He pointed out that only Christian bakeries were being prosecuted. (to my knowledge, correctly pointed out as I’ve not heard any lawsuits against them)
