Weekly Standard Founder Bill Kristol Caught Up in Spygate Scandal and Linked to Peter Strzok

Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

Bill Kristol, from the Weekly Standard, went from a leading conservative voice and Obama critic to a Trump hater who worked with Obama to derail the Trump Campaign.

Kristol fell so far that he started pushing the Trump – Russia dossier at the same time as John Brennan and the Obama team.

Kristol went from leading conservative voice to being the leader of the anti-Trump “conservative” movement in a matter of a few years.

Kristol and The Weekly Standard published articles smearing The Gateway Pundit for supporting the Republican Presidential candidate.

Bill Kristol, from the Weekly Standard, went from a leading conservative voice

Bill Kristol was never a conservative, though he somehow managed to scam a lot of people into thinking that he was. There wasn't much in the substance of Clinton-style liberalism that he disagreed with, only the rhetoric and emphasis. Stealth-liberalism, in other words.

Was Kristol a neocon?

You are right about Kristol, but the current conflict is less about Conservatives versus Liberals than about Americans versus Globalists

I think you're right. Left vs. Right is starting to matter a lot less in both the US and Europe than Internationalist vs. Nationalist. Internationalists can be both "left wing" (e.g. Soros), "right wing" (Koch brothers), or somewhere in between (Kristol). They sometimes argue among themselves about the details, but are quick to join forces in one voice against nationalists like Trump in the US, Orban in Hungary, AFD in Germany, or LePen in France.

“Kristol gave Strzok and the Obama Justice Department a big assist from the anti-Trump Right by posting a flawed and questionably-sourced article. “Putin’s Party” is compelling evidence that Kristol and the Standard were far from mere sideline observers “

This is also the timing for the emergence of the “Putinista!” slur on Free Republic.

The despicable scum otherwise known as Neoconservatives, acting in concert with Kristol and his ilk, launched a campaign on this very site.

“90% chance that Kristol was working with key people in the McCain Camp to push this story.
This is the MSM connection to the dossier story and why they want to blame Russia.”

FusionGPS and Glenn Simpson are specialized experts at these media campaigns...and they are at the center of this one.

What made Fusion sooo friggin’ rich was their connections in media and government. They could mine confidential data from government contacts and distribute it via media contacts.

Only the very rich, or institutions/businesses could afford their services. But when you need a smear done right, Fusion is the only choice.

“I think Kristol’s daughter is married to guy who has Free Beacon which at least partially funded Fusion GPS which did the “opposition research” which uncovered the fake golden showers which was given to McCain which was given to FBI and was the basis for the FISA warrants which are now the basis of the Muehler fiasco.”

Almost precisely correct.

An added detail is Fusion paid Steele who was a paid FBI informant.

“Smart posters such as yourself appear to be finally recognizing that the media is the deep state.”

They are deeply intertwined.

The latest iteration, and a dominant one at that, is Fusion GPS. They started as an adjunct to the CIA...and their tentacles reach throughout Congress, the Judiciary, Media, Academia, Wall Street and both political parties.

It is their ability to provide, and surreptitiously release to publication, compromising information that allows them to control Washington.

They are expert and effective in all endeavors. And that is because they have access to all the intelligence gathered by the US Government.

Not coincidentally, these are the same people who support amnesty for illegals and a liberal immigration policy, when they aren't busy pushing for nation-building and "democracy" around the world. "Invade the world, invite the world" is the neoconservative worldview in a nutshell. Basically the same as George Soros', but perhaps with more wars.

I hope the soon-to-be dead McCain leaves Kristol holding the bag.

Bill Kristol once said that he believes that American workers are lazy, stupid, and decadent, and need to be replaced by industrious, hard-working, and virtuous Third World immigrants. I guess we should give the maggot (and his pal David French) some credit for spelling out honestly exactly what he thinks of the American people.

Needless to say, he doesn't think of us as his countrymen, since in Kristol's mind, he's clearly not lazy, stupid, or decadent, nor would he approve of having his job as a professional BSer outsourced or replaced by immigrants.

Yes, there is a You Tube video of him saying that.

He is now in a titanic Twitter battle with the great David Horowitz - of whom he is not fit to wipe his boots. (Jonah Goldberg, the evil illegitimate child of Kristol and David French, apparently) is in on it too. Horowitz takes no prisoners.

This relates to Paul Singer and the Washington Free Beacon and their opposition research for Marco Rubio: Bill Kristol’s Son-in-Law: I Hired Fusion GPS in Primary. A key Kristol article referenced in the article and its sources is Putin's Party? (07/24/2016)
