Always a question who is on the other side of the Intelligence/Media complex, because both ends are guarded by secrecy legislation but only the latter by the First Amendment. Information is power, and power is currency in DC, and part of a journalist’s job is cultivating his sources, however illegal. It was a surprise to many, myself included, just how deeply the intelligence community was compromised, but the media, no surprise at all. Drying that up at the source by terminating security clearances no longer needed for the pertinent jobs is a task that is long overdue. And if squawking is coming from some unexpected sources, maybe they really weren’t all that unexpected after all.
Elected officials, career bureaucrats and working 'journalists' are all just secondary and tertiary players who implement selected policies.
Perhaps some where originally honest, while others were strictly mercenary from the git-go. But all are compromised to some extent in order to effect the change and control demanded by their globalist masters.
There's a reason there's been so many high level resignations and terminations. Trump is providing the opportunity to choose to exit or be exposed; many are choosing to leave the game.
And for the hand wringers who simply cannot believe any of this is true, or how did it happen in the USA, think of our situation this way: mankind is always at war. It's our nature - we evolved in conflict, we compete over scarce resources, power & control.
Nukes simply eliminated kinetic conflicts between major state powers. But it didn't eliminate nature - the fight simply moved internal, using new resources like financial and media control. The USA is in a fight for its life - Trump simply exposed the enemy for what it is.
