Sounds more appropriate for a totalitarian country no matter what the cost.
I think Trump is doing this to stir up the traitors in this country! They will no doubt fall for it and explain to everyone who cares to listen the real reason why they hate the military, i.e. because they keep them from overthrowing the government!
