For some reason your post reminds me of one of the most ludicrous movies in the history of U.S. film. I despise Woody Allen, but this was an epic project that makes me laugh my ass off every time I even think of it:

He made this movie to prove his point that the Japanese film industry made the most God-awful movies. He took a Japanese spy thriller and dubbed a whole movie of silly dialogue in English over it. LMAO.
