According to another article she doesn't want to give up the tape. I can't stand Ellison but I'm not buying her story until the tape is released.
Monahan said she should not have to release the video of the incident in order to be believed. She believes her words should be enough.

I'm guessing she wasn't fully dressed at the time of the incident, and is embarrassed for others to see her like that. She was dragged off a bed, after all.
