The one thing the Catholics have done right for the last few hundred years is document cases of possession.
In the modern era, they have a protocol for evaluating whether an exorcism is warranted.
Can these incidents be documented, and can we learn from them? I’d say absolutely.
I’d even go further in saying that training new exorcists can be dramatically streamlined.
Now, can you EXPERIMENT? I can’t think of a situation where that would be a good idea. There’s a super good B movie about a lab where they intake a possessed woman. They study her, etc.
Turns out the lab was US government funded, and the goal was to WEAPONIZE demonic possession.
The lead actor was the guy who is related to Tom Cruise (cousin) I think. He played the blond henchman to John Travolta’s character in Swordfish too.
Can’t remember the name of the movie, but if there is a book its based on it I want to read it.
Also could have been subjected to advanced deep state mind programming. Beyond the obvious crap the radio and TV bombs us with. But then again, a demon is a demon, no matter its form.
Could you post the article link and ping me when it’s available?
Honest question: Is resurrection “material”, and does it follow the laws of physics?
