Actually, there are just as many opposing a genetic factor. If it’s genetic; a cure may be possible and maybe a prenatal test leading to abortion. In their worldview, this is the logical outcome because everyone acts only in their own selfish interest.
The differences between male and female homosexuality is as different as between heterosexuals. While there appears to be some genetic predisposition in a very small percentage of the population, a significant majority of (male) homosexuals are forcibly induced to the practice in their formative years.
Either way, by “choice” or by genetics, in the Leftist view, it is not only an inalienable right, but a superior right on par with the sacrament of abortion. Not only must society allow it; one must celebrate it and even be enslaved to it through taxation or be excommunicated from civilization.
Only barbarians and deplorables would ever oppose such behavior. The divide grows worse every day. The debasement of human sexuality for narcissistic pleasure leads inevitably to slavery. Centuries of human progress based on Judeo-Christian ideals is being eroded in years. The veneer of civilization has cracked, and the deluge of depravity awaits behind a rotting dam.

Our discussion seemed cosmically planned somehow. One of the items that came up today was the post from Neon Revolt.
Terrifying and on point.
Domestic violence is higher in same sex marriages.
Why would the community risk it by allowing them to move in, and why would these ladies want to impose the risk on others?
The elders of society are the least likely to accept gay couples. And since these ladies are also elderly, they should know that.
