However, you haven’t been officially threatened by the far left nutsos until you are threatened by John “I Ain’t Got No Clearance” Brennan.

Had this been reversed, and a Democrat was the defendant most of your right wing would remain silent. That’s the big difference between the parties. The left knows how to shout the loudest. The more noise they make the more attention they get.

I’m not sure Manafort is a decent sort of guy.

A reasoned defense would have helped a lot.

Bet you $$$ that NONE of those reporters would want THEIR records unsealed.

Charlie Rose & Matt Lauer come to mind.

Unless they’re captured on their way to the border, lined-up and shot.”””

I want a great number of passports frozen & all of them put onto the NO FLY LIST.

NOT sequestered, but perhaps that would be prudent at this juncture.

Well, at least he has refused to cooperate with Mueller. I agree his defense was pathetic.

I see no other option but for the President to pardon him after the midterms, otherwise Mueller will have him incriminating the President in a laundry list of made up charges.

We already know the verdict won’t be a slam-dunk for Mueller.

The jury seems to be taking their duty seriously. Despite the talk of Manafort turning on Trump, what is there for him to reveal?

It’s my take that Trump did his best to win the presidency by using above board tactics. If it were to be revealed he did something terribly wrong, I wouldn’t like it, but it would have to stand on it’s own merits.

I don’t see that happening. I trust Trump to do the right thing. I think he has done the right thing.

If the jury finds Manafort guilty, it will probably be because they think the case was made against him.

Manafort’s team gambled by not presenting a defense. They probably had a pretty good reason to go that route.

I’m not in favor of Trump pardoning him.

Look, if he gets a 300 year sentence, I would change that opinion. If he gets a few years that are appropriate to the issue he’s convicted on, then I would accept it.

The media thugocracy will not take No for an answer. Somebody will leak the names and they’ll publish them unless they get the verdict they want. Somewhere in Hell Al Capone is laughing.

yup

People in AL need to take a course in how to elect good people to office.
